At Cavendish Health Care, we have listened to some scary anecdotes from customers who ordered a product online only to receive something completely different. Whether it be from a private seller, or a virtual business; individuals and families have been misled and let down by an internet purchase. Sadly, the consistency in each of the stories is that they couldn’t see or try what they were buying first.

Unfortunately, as wonderful as the world wide web can be, it does have its drawbacks. There are a lot of rules on the internet in place to protect its consumers, but that does not prevent customers being taken advantage of. There are often instances, from well-known brands that the small items bought are in fact correct. (But I bet you’ve had a least one you have had to send back).

So, when it comes to such an important (and more than likely expensive) product, that has been designed to help you, your family or friends live a better life, why run that risk?

Time and research are recommended before any money is spent.
