Guidance when visiting Cavendish Health Care
Since the start of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have all had to adapt to help keep each other safe.
During this time, our safety instructions have been updated to follow the Government's own guidance - to help keep our showrooms as safe as possible for both customers and members of staff.
Our policy:
- Wearing a face covering is now a personal choice when shopping in our store.
Although face coverings are no longer required – please consider wearing a face covering when in crowded spaces. Our showroom staff are happy to wear a face covering at your request.
- Please respect each other’s personal space.
Please follow any instore guidance and keep a safe distance from other customers and our colleagues when you visit our showroom.
- Symptoms of Coronavirus
We politely ask that if you have any of the following symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19), please do not enter the store:
- Continuous cough
- High temperature
- Loss of smell and taste
We’ll continue to implement any guidelines provided by the government in our showrooms, offices, warehouses, and delivery services.

Accompanied my parents today to look at purchasing a lightweight folding mobility scooter for my Mum. Staff were very informative and gave all the information for the suitable options. Plenty of time allowed to try out different models. Wasn't rushed at all. Made sure we were completely happy that the model chosen was the right option for Mum before making the purchase. Highly recommend Cavendish and wouldn't hesitate to visit again for any mobility needs. Many thanks to the staff!
