Accompanied my parents today to look at purchasing a lightweight folding mobility scooter for my Mum. Staff were very informative and gave all the information for the suitable options. Plenty of time allowed to try out different models. Wasn't rushed at all. Made sure we were completely happy that the model chosen was the right option for Mum before making the purchase.
