Accompanied my parents today to look at purchasing a lightweight folding mobility scooter for my Mum. Staff were very informative and gave all the information for the suitable options. Plenty of time allowed to try out different models. Wasn’t rushed at all. Made sure we were completely happy that the model chosen was the right option for Mum before making the purchase. I’ve just taken delivery of my first power chair. From the very beginning I was very impressed with the staff in the Waterlooville Showroom. Joe and his team made sure that I was well looked after and supportive throughout the research and purchasing phase. He answered questions clearly and was an excellent communicator. He took the time to show me the equipment, more than once, all with patience. The showroom is bright and the team are welcoming. We did a lot of research before settling on my chair and through the whole process Joe, could not have been anymore helpful. I was always welcomed on my arrival and given time to collect my thoughts. The chair I selected was bought at what I would consider to be a very fair price. In conclusion I fully recommend Cavendish Healthcare to you as a trustworthy company with excellent products, all at great prices.

I cannot praise the staff enough. I needed a new footplate for my power chair and gave the wrong model as I bought it second hand. They helped me correct my error and even sent someone to fit it very quickly. Awesome service and friendly staff. Can’t praise them highly enough. I also went back to them at the beginning of February for a service and battery check. Needed new batteries and a bus cable. My wheelchair now looks and feels like new and I can now get out and about after previously having major power issues. Brilliant and curtious service as ever. Thank you all. 2024: They've done it again this year every time they bring it back it's like having a new wheelchair awesome service.

The staff at Waterlooville couldn't have been more helpful. We first visited a few months ago as my Mum wasn't sure about buying a rollator, and the lady who showed us the various models was knowledgeable and understanding of the fact that this was a major decision for her. On our recent return, again there was expert advice and no pressure on us while my Mum made her decision. My Mum can't believe the difference that the rollator has made for her. She has far more confidence and independence. She now enjoying going out and doing all the things she wants, without worrying about becoming tired and being a burden on her friends and family. Went to enquire about a mobility scooter and was greeted by a cheerful man who was extremely knowledgeable and guided us around three models which suited our requirements. Absolutely no pressure to buy, indeed we were encouraged to spend time considering the scooters on our own. We spent over two hours in the shop before buying a V8 scooter. Service was impeccable and I would heartily recommend Cavendish if you're in the market for any mobility equipment. They shine above the high street vendors, probably because they are a family business, passionate about what they do.

Caron was so helpful and friendly in the new Exeter Cavendish in Marsh Barton and took a lot of time showing me all the options and helping me lift things in and out of my car and keeping an eye on my dog too. I am confident that I have made the right choice . Highly recommend.

I am a 53 year old with MS. I've had it since I was 25 and it has finally caught up with me. Like many others I didn't want to have a mobility scooter as I thought it meant I was letting MS beat me. How wrong I was!!! I saw someone with a SupaScoota Microlite and thought 'that's the one for me!!'. Its absolutely revolutionised my life. I now have my independence back, no longer having to rely on someone to push me in a manual wheelchair. I take it over all sorts of terrain, walking the dog across fields, along uneven paths, and it's light enough for someone to carry over a stile in the field if one comes up unexpectedly (of course I then have to be helped over the stile too!!!) Don't let your pride stop you getting a mobility scooter, the whole world is still out there for you to explore.
